KOIO is a luxury leather accessories startup based in New York City. In 2015, the brand launched with its first product line, a high-end minimalist sneaker. Within the first year, Koio was featured in Esquire (“the coolest sneakers of 2015”), GQ, Vogue, InStyle and many others.   • Deliver an awe-inspiring customer experience to customers
  • Oversee the store during scheduled shift
  • Ensure merchandise is well stocked, correctly tagged, and properly faced
  • Create and fulfill orders, both for in-store purchases and online requests
  • Stay on top of inventory demands and customer requests
  • Communicate with KOIO team daily about sales goals, store issues, and ideas
  • Learn about the products in order to best assist customers
  • Assist with setup and execution of events

  • Abilities and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Sales experience at fashion/footwear high-end retailer
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and processes
  • Knowledge of sales principles including conversion and upsell
  • High level of ownership and responsibility
  • Eagerness to learn and grow with Koio
  • Driven: High energy; a need to accomplish the task at hand
  • Confident: Believing in own abilities and able to handle rejection
  • Outgoing: Projecting a great first impression and energized by social interaction

  • This position is part-time on weekdays with hourly based wages and potential for full-time opportunities for truly exceptional associates.
