Free shipping applies only to domestic orders in the Contiguous United States totaling $100+. Returns have a $7 shipping label fee, which will be waived if you opt for a store credit refund.

Items on sale with less than a 50% discount are eligible for exchange only. Exchange Only items cannot be refunded, but can be exchanged for a different size, a different item, or store credit.

Care Guide

Koios are made from the finest eco-luxe Italian materials, all of which require a different kind of care. Caring for your Koios will extend their lifecycle so you can wear them for years to come!

Chrome-Tanned Leather

These care instructions apply to all leather shoes except Antique White, Castagna and Mocha colorways, and the Koio Regenerative line.

Care Instructions:

Before wearing, lightly coat with our Eco Protector Spray.

To clean, gently press the bristled tip of our Eco Cleaner against your Koios for a few seconds to dispense a small amount of formula.

Slightly lift the tip away from the shoe to stop dispensing formula and gently scrub away the stain.

After cleaning, remove the excess formula using our Microfiber Cloth and allow your Koios to completely dry for two hours.

Once dry, reapply the Eco Protector Spray to prevent further stains.

Vegetable-Tanned Leather

These care instructions apply to all Mocha and Castagna colorways. They do not apply to the Capri Regenerative.

Care Instructions:

Before wearing, lightly coat your Koios with our Eco Protector Spray. Re-apply every few weeks.

To clean, gently sweep away dry dirt and debris using our Microfiber Cloth.

Every four to six months, apply a leather conditioner to maintain the natural sheen and prevent any cracking. This may darken some leathers, if you want to keep the leather at the original brightness, we suggest not using leather conditioner.

After applying the leather conditioner, allow your Koios to fully dry before wearing.

While we do not currently offer a leather conditioner, we recommend using well known products such as Lexol.

Regenerative Leather

These instructions apply only to the Capri Regenerative and Mello Regenerative in Summit, Castagna, and Onyx.

Care Instructions:

Before wearing, lightly coat your Koios with our Eco Protector Spray.

Re-apply every few weeks.

To clean, gently sweep away dry dirt and debris using our Microfiber Cloth.

Please note that the leather of the Koio Regenerative line is tanned in a way that it beautifully ages over time. This is a look that we embrace for this natural material. Should your Regenerative Koios come in contact with water droplets, quickly wipe away with a slightly damp cloth.

Note that contact with water may accelerate the leather patination process.

Suede & Nubuck

These instructions apply to all Koios made with suede or nubuck.

Care Instructions:

Before wearing, lightly coat with our Eco Protector Spray.

Please note that Eco Protector Spray may subtly darken lighter colors of suede or nubuck.

Spot clean with our Koio Suede Brush. The bristle side is for removing solids, while the eraser side will help remove any marks. Use the rubber edge for hard to reach places.

After spot-cleaning, re-apply Eco Protector Spray to prevent stains.

Cotton-Canvas, Nylon, & Mesh

These instructions apply to all Koios made with cotton-canvas, nylon, and mesh.

Care Instructions:

Before wearing, lightly coat your Koios with our Eco Protector Spray.

To clean, gently press the bristled tip of our Eco Cleaner against your Koios for a few seconds to dispense a small amount of formula. Slightly lift the tip away from the shoe to stop dispensing formula and gently scrub away the stain

After cleaning, remove the excess formula using our Microfiber Cloth and allow your Koios to completely dry for two hours.

Note that the cleaner is slightly tinted. We do not recommend using on any of the lighter colors such as the White Canvas.

For lighter colors, just use a bit of water and soap.
